This report presents the main findings of a focus group study conducted by the Social Science Research Institute of the University of Iceland for MATÍS - Icelandic food research. The overall aim of the MmmmmSeafood project is to "strengthen the Nordic seafood sector by a consumer oriented development of new fresh seafood product concepts for young adults (youth) and young families."
