Call center

The SSRI operates a call center that is used when data is collected over the phone.

The interviewers are trained especially by the SSRI-staff and receive a detailed introduction of the project at hand each time.

The interviewers follow strict procedures guaranteeing impartiality, consistency and quality. The project manager of the call center sees each project through. The project manager works closely both with the interviewees and researchers at the SSRI overseeing each project.
