Survey on student satisfaction within the University of Iceland

Text

There are currently two surveys underway, one among 3rd year undergraduate students at the University of Iceland and the other among students who graduated from the University of Iceland in 2023. The surveys, which are prepared for the Rector's Office, have been conducted every year since 2011 and are one of the most important tools that the school and its departments have to shape their policy.

If you have received an invitation to participate, we encourage you to participate. Some have received a link via email, text message or phone call.

Survey among 3rd year undergraduate students

In the survey for undergraduate students we ask about students' attitudes towards the quality of education at the university. All undergraduate students who enrolled in 2022 are invited to participate and we hope that as many as possible will be able to do so in order to enhance the quality of the results. Most people answer the survey in 6-9 minutes

Survey among graduates

In the survey for graduated students we ask about the experience of studying at the university and their future after graduation. Most people answer the survey in 9-12 minutes.

The names of the participants will not appear anywhere in the processing of the survey, and SSRI will ensure that it is impossible to trace the answers to individuals. Your contribution to the survey is very important in order to ensure that its results are as reliable as possible.

The survey coordinator on behalf of the Institute of Social Sciences is Helgi Guðmundsson, project manager, heg@hi.is.
