    Questionnaire Surveys

    Questionnaire surveys are a type of quantitative research methods and is used to collect quantitative data for the sample of the group we wish to generalize to. They suit well to get an overview for a particular field, attitude or behavioral pattern. Telephone survey, online survey, mail survey, field survey, and face-to-face survey are all defined as a quantitative research design.

    Online panel

    The online panel consists of Icelandic residents aged 18 and older who have agreed to participate in SSRI's online surveys.

    Online surveys

    It's possible to reach people easily and effectively by administering surveys online.

    Longitudinal surveys

    The institution has long experience overseeing data collection and analyzing data from longitudinal surveys.

    Mixed method

    It's possible to reach individuals by mixing methods of data collection: mail-, telephone- and/or web survey.

    Telephone surveys

    Telephone survey is a common method for collecting information from participants, and it usually gives good response rates.

    Mail surveys

    In a mail survey an introduction letter and a questionnaire is sent by mail to individuals.

    Face-to-face surveys

    In face-to-face surveys an interviewer administers questions at the home of the individual or at the place of their choice.

    Field surveys

    Field surveys are implemented at the place that's suited for the research.
